I ordered the blue, but what showed up was more of a dull grayish color. It didn’t look anything like what I expected, so I’m disappointed with it.

I’d save your time on this one. It feels really rough to me and wasn’t comfortable at all. I was expecting something much softer, but this just didn’t work for me

My return got accepted quickly, but then the refund just dragged on forever. Every time I contacted support, they basically told me to keep waiting, which started to feel a little suspicious after a while. I eventually got tired of chasing it and wondering what was actually going on.

I get that the lightweight design might be a plus for some people, but for me it just felt a little too flimsy. When I buy something like this, I want it to feel dependable, like it’ll hold up over time. This one gave me more of a cheap, not-so-sturdy impression, so it wasn’t really what I was hoping for.

I bought a towel from 4Monster thinking it would be better for the price, but it was underwhelming. Right out of the package it felt thinner than I expected, and after only a few uses the stitching started looking loose. It’s not completely unusable, but it definitely doesn’t feel like something that should wear down that quickly. I ended up reaching out about it because I don’t think this is the kind of quality customers should just accept at this price point. I probably wouldn’t buy from them again unless they improve the durability.

I ordered from 4monster.com and the product itself was fine, so at least there’s that. But the packaging was not great. The box showed up a little crushed, and there was barely any protection inside. Luckily nothing broke, but I don’t really have patience for sloppy packing, especially when I’m paying decent money. It just didn’t feel like much care went into it. If this is how they usually ship stuff, I’m not sure I’d bother ordering again.

The website is okay if I’m just browsing around, but when I’m trying to get something done quickly or find a specific page, it feels a bit clunky. It’s not terrible, just not as straightforward as I’d like.

I had to wait days just to get a reply, and when they finally got back to me, it wasn’t really that helpful. I’m sure other customers would feel the same way if they were stuck waiting around with no clear support...

I placed my order and ended up getting something totally different. Not what I expected at all lol, so yeah, frustrating...

I really thought this would pack down smaller, but it’s still bulky. It barely fits in my bag, and when I try to squeeze it in, it just kind of... takes up way more space than I was hoping.

I brought this on a short trip thinking it would be super convenient, but nope, this chunky little suitcase goblin took up more room in my bag than I expected. It worked fine, so I’ll give it that, but carrying it around wasn’t as easy or travel-friendly as I’d hoped...

I took this bag out on a hike during some light rain, and umm, the inside still ended up getting wet. I wasn’t expecting it to soak through that easily, so it’s probably not the best choice if you need something reliable for rainy hikes.

I reached out for help with my warranty issue, but I’m still waiting for any real assistance. I understand these things can take some time, but the delay has been frustrating.

I brought this on a hiking trip it didn’t really hold up. A little light rain still managed to get through, and the zipper felt cheap after just a bit of use. It might be fine for a quick day trip or something casual, but I wouldn’t count on it in rough weather. I also don’t have much faith that customer service would be helpful if it failed on a trip, so I’m not exactly eager to test that.

I bought this hoping it would handle sweat smell a lot better, but after just one hike, it already had that funky odor. I washed it, wore it again, and the same thing happened next time. It’s not a terrible product overall, but the odor resistance, really wasn’t what I expected. Disappointed, honestly.

I tried using this and it started leaking after one wipe. Very impressive, if the goal was to do the exact opposite of soaking anything up.

I ordered my usual size, but it fit way smaller than expected. It’s not accurate at all—i thought it would fit more like... well, definitely not this tight

Brought this to the beach once and it was covered in sand after. It got into the seams too, and shaking it out didn’t really help. Disappointing.
